Building Automation Installation Technician
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Electrical Install.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the building automation industry.
- Journeyman Certification is a plus.
- Experience with DDC Controls is a plus.
Primary duties will include:
- Installing Conduit, Wiring and Controls.
- Coordinating drawings and scheduling.
- Assist point to point checkout and commissioning.
- Oversee apprentice installation.

Building Automation Software Technician
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in programming and commissioning BAS systems.
- Minimum 4 years experience in the building automation industry.
- Tridium/Niagra Certification is a plus.
- Experience with Honeywell Controls is a plus.
Primary duties will include:
- Performing controls set-up, programming, and on-site system start-ups and operational checkouts on systems. including configuration, wiring, calibration and testing.
- Coordinating drawings and equipment schedules for O&M.
- Complete system point to point checkout and commissioning.
- Owner training.
- Assist with graphics creation.
