Their field technician’s performed very well for us in a demanding schedule and critical commissioning process. Their services and professionalism are top notch and we have been very pleased with the work they have done for us. CSI handled the control, commissioning and systems integrations with high quality. The total value of the project was close to $10 million dollars, with our portion of the project over $2.9 million dollars. This is a client where they cannot afford for anything to be down for even just a minute – so Control Solutions went above and beyond the normal operations of a control system to ensure failure will not happen. He was always willing to stay late or work in the evenings to help accommodate the commissioning schedule. You guys were put in a tough spot a couple of times with all the Carrier issues, but I think everyone appreciates how you guys stepped up and made everything work in the end. I think we all learned a lot when it comes to the third party interfaces and what vendors promise will be available and what is “actually” available at the end of the day. Because we take an independent stance from the design and construction teams when commissioning projects, we try and remain unbiased in our opinions and generally don’t write formal letter of recommendations. I did want to take the time though and let you know we enjoyed working with your firm and hopefully we’ll have the opportunity to do it again sometime.

Morrissey Engineering, Inc.It is with pleasure that I write this letter of reference for Ed Welch, president of Control Solutions Inc. Ed and his crew teamed up with Murphy Company on a very complex project at the Denver VA Medical Center. The project included re-working 46 existing VAV’s which included new control, wiring and programming them into the DDC system. The area of work in the lab which has any and all testing capacities there is to be tested with regard to health care. The lab had to stay up and running 24 hours a day seven days a week and had incredible infection control criteria that had to be met. CSI had accomplished the incredible task we had in front of us on time and WITHOUT ANY HICK-UP’s which was a monumental success. I would welcome any phone calls to discuss CSI and their efforts on this project and many others that we have used CSI on. There would be no hesitation on our behalf using Control Solutions Inc for any project we have now or in the future.
